Top notch service and products! Rich was kind enough to make an assortment of Tumbler cups branded with my band’s logo on them for a recent big show we did. I received a laser etched photograph as a birthday gift and absolutely loved it! I then contacted Rich at Division 9 to have something similar made as a gift for my friend and SHE loved it! Turn around time was fast, and Rich was easy to work with, very kind and helpful with suggestions. I will definitely use this company in the future!

I can’t say enough great things about this company. I had an idea and asked if he could do it. Richie showed me two proofs that same day. The next day he had the cups done. Oh and he delivered! The price was very reasonable. Don’t go to Etsy order through him. He can do anything. Very happy with the product.
